Glasgow flanker Ryan Wilson will make his 100th club appearance when the Warriors take on Edinburgh in the second leg of the 1872 Scottish Cup at Murrayfield on Saturday evening.
Glasgow will once again head to Murrayfield after Scotstoun Stadium was waterlogged and deemed unfit to play on. The Warriors were beaten 23-11 by Edinburgh in the first leg there last Sunday and coach Gregor Townsend has made eight changes in an effort to overturn the 12-point deficit.
Gordon Reid starts at loose-head, with Ryan Grant named on the bench, while Fraser Brown retains his place at hooker and Zander Fagerson comes in for Sila Puafisi at tight-head.
Skipper Jonny Gray also returns to the side and partners USA international Greg Peterson in the engine room, with Leone Nakarawa named amongst the replacements.
Josh Strauss returns at Number 8 in place of Adam Ashe. Chris Fusaro continues at openside and Wilson wears the Number 6 jersey.

The only change to the back three sees Sean Lamont replace Tommy Seymour on the left wing, while Duncan Weir comes in for Finn Russell at fly-half and Ali Price replaces Grayson Hart at scrum-half.
"A number of players who featured last weekend have been given another opportunity and they will be determined to put in a much better performance this weekend," said Townsend.
"It will be a special day for Ryan (Wilson) who makes his 100th appearance for the club. He always gives everything for the jersey and thoroughly deserves to join our centurions club."
Edinburgh have made just two changes for Saturday's clash as Damien Hoyland comes into the starting XV on the left wing in place of Tom Brown and Ben Toolis switches places with brother Alex to start at lock.
The team will be led out, once more, by Mike Coman at blindside, with Cornell Du Preez again at no 8 and Sunday's second try scorer John Hardie at openside.
